As dolphins are wild animals inhabiting their natural habitat, we cannot guarantee dolphin sightings. Their movements and behavior are unpredictable and beyond our control.
**Dolphin Tours Policy: No Refunds for Wildlife Sightings**
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued if dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, or other wildlife are not seen during your cruise.
Your ticket covers much more than just the chance to see dolphins. It includes:

Our captain and crew commit their time, expertise, fuel, vessel operation, safety oversight, and guest hospitality during the full tour, regardless of wildlife activity. For this reason, all reservations are final once the cruise departs.
If weather or unsafe boating conditions prevent us from operating your cruise, Casey Key Dolphin Cruises will either reschedule your tour or issue a refund at our discretion.
